ONLY ONE REGISTRATION PER STATEROOM:  During the registration process, one primary attendee will register the stateroom, enter their information, and then the information of their roommate(s).  You may register a 3rd or 4th roommate if available.  Limited triple and quad rooms are available.

INFORMATION TO GATHER:  Each attendee will be required to provide their full legal name, date of birth, country of citizenship, address and phone number.  Please have this information ready at the time of registration.

NurseCon at Sea is open to all nurses: RN, LPN, LVN, APRN, & Nursing Students! Guests such as spouses, family, and friends are also welcome to attend.  All guests must be 18 or older on the date of sailing and at least one guest must be 21 or older in each stateroom.

Yes! All guests aboard NurseCon at Sea must present proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, with the final dose administered at least 14 days before sailing, in accordance with Royal Caribbean and CDC policy. Each guest’s regimen must include at least two doses of vaccine unless the guest received the single dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine. This guidance is per Royal Caribbean and the U.S. CDC, and no exceptions will be made, even if the guest’s resident country has authorized a single-shot regimen for a two dose vaccine. All crew onboard the ship and Perfect Day at CocoCay are also fully vaccinated.

A negative COVID-19 test is also required to board the ship. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Yes!  Many of our participants take advantage of our monthly payment plans.  After the initial down payment at registration, all monthly payments will be charged on the 15th of each month.  

Prices are per person, with a minimum of two people sharing a stateroom. If you choose to have your own stateroom or suite, you will have to pay the full cost of the stateroom (the price of two guests).

NOTE: You may reserve a stateroom by yourself and then add roommate(s) up to 45 days before sailing. To ensure an awesome attendee experience, we do not match up roommates.  So bring a friend, loved one, or co-worker!

If you would like to book a room for yourself you may do so, however you will be responsible for paying for two attendees (double occupancy).  If you book a room for yourself, you may add an additional occupant at any time up to 45 days before sailing.

Yes!  Some staterooms (and most suites) are able to accommodate third and fourth guests.  These rooms are limited and will be available on a first come, first serve basis.  You can add third and fourth attendees to your stateroom for $1000 each!

Yes. All prices are per person, double occupancy. The per person price is also listed under each stateroom type above.  If you wish to add a 3rd or 4th attendee to your stateroom or suite, you may do so for $1000 each (limited availability). There is an additional $250 per person fee for taxes, fees, and gratuities.

All access to the conference including entertainment, CNE courses, group parties, meet-ups, beach parties, and more is included with your registration.  All standard Royal Caribbean entertainment, dining and activities are also included.

Attendees may choose to purchase additional products and services from Royal Caribbean before or during the sailing.  A variety of drink packages, Internet access, spa treatments, excursions at port, and more are available to purchase directly from Royal Caribbean for an additional fee. 

No matter what stateroom you choose, the beds can be converted into either a queen or two twin beds. You can choose your preferred configuration during registration.

*Some rooms also offer pull-out sofas and bunk beds.  These rooms are limited and will be made available to those who register third and fourth roommates.

Of course!  However, all room occupants must pay the full conference rate.

As long as they are over 18 years of age at time of sailing, absolutely!  NurseCon at Sea is a professional event and all passengers must be 18+.

Absolutely!  We are providing fully accredited courses throughout the cruise.  

The Nursing Continuing Education contact hours are provided by California State Nursing Continuing Education Provider NurseCon. Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing,  Provider #17493.

Of course!  NurseCon at Sea is open to all nurses & nursing students worldwide. (CNEs not guaranteed.  You will have to make sure they transfer based on the requirements of your country)

Due to the nature of this conference, we do not accept refund requests of any kind.  All funds paid are non-refundable.  If you wish to transfer your registration to someone else you may do so (there is a $150 transfer fee).  In case of postponement or cancellation, NurseCon at Sea credits will be provided for future events.  We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
