THINGS TO KNOW

Here is what you need to know before you register

YES!!! We will have the whole ship again for 2023, on both of our sailings! Because we have chartered the entire ship, everyone onboard is part of NurseCon at Sea and we get to create an unforgettable experience!

NURSECON ONLINE RESERVATION SYSTEM: Registration will begin on June 3rd at Noon ET. A link to the reservation system will be available here on our website.

PAYMENTS MAY BE SPLIT BETWEEN ROOMMATES:  During the registration process, one primary attendee will register the stateroom, enter their information, and the information of their roommate(s). During checkout, you will have the option to split payment responsibility with your roommate(s). If you choose to do so, a notification to join email will automatically be sent to your roommate(s) after you complete checkout. If they fail to join within 72 hours, then the payment responsibility falls back to you, the primary attendee that booked. You and your roommate(s) may choose different payment plans if desired.

INFORMATION TO GATHER:  Each attendee will be required to provide their full legal name, date of birth, country of citizenship, address and phone number.  Please have this information ready at the time of registration.

You may register a 3rd or 4th roommate if available.  Limited triple and quad rooms are available.

NurseCon at Sea is open to all nurses, nursing students, and certified or licensed healthcare workers! Guests such as spouses, family, and friends are also welcome to attend.  All guests must be 18 or older on the date of sailing and at least one guest must be 21 or older in each stateroom.

And yes… retired nurses are welcome to attend!

We have TWO EPIC SAILINGS in 2023.

The first is to the Dominican Republic aboard the Norwegian Pearl, sailing February 6-10, 2023 out of Port of Miami. Details here

The second is to Perfect Day at Coco Cay, Royal Caribbean’s private island in The Bahamas, and Nassau. We set sail on the Freedom of the Seas, April 24-28, 2023 out of Port of Miami. Details here

We have worked hard to keep NurseCon at Sea super affordable while offering far more programming than any other conference. In fact, we have lowered our pricing for 2023 compared to last year, we offer interest-free monthly payments, and you can split the cost of your stateroom among all your roommates!

For pricing on our Dominican Republic sailing, click here.

For pricing on our Bahamas sailing, click here.

Yes!  Many of our participants take advantage of our interest-free monthly payment plan.

NURSECON MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN requires a down payment of $99 per person + taxes and fees ($250 per person) at the time of booking. The remaining balance is billed in equal monthly payments until the final payment is due (60 days before sailing). The credit card that you use during registration will continue to be used for the monthly payments unless we are provided a different credit card.

We do charge a late payment fee of $50, so please reach out to us if you need to update your credit card information prior to your payment due date. You can call us Mon-Fri at 850-318-8830 or email [email protected]

INTERIOR, OCEAN VIEW, AND BALCONY STATEROOMS ARE THE SAME PRICE ON EACH OF OUR SAILING.

MONTHLY PAYMENTS: Because our Dominican Republic sailing happens before our Bahamas sailing, there are less months to make payments towards a reservation. Therefore, the payments are higher but there are less of them. The prices for Interior, Ocean View, and Balcony Staterooms are the same on both sailings.

Prices are per person, with a minimum of two people sharing a stateroom. If you choose to have your own stateroom or suite, you will have to pay the full cost of the stateroom (the price of two guests).

NOTE: You may reserve a stateroom by yourself and then add roommate(s) up to 45 days before sailing. To ensure an awesome attendee experience, we do not match up roommates.  So bring a friend, loved one, or co-worker!

If you would like to book a room for yourself you may do so, however you will be responsible for paying for two attendees (double occupancy).  If you book a room for yourself, you may add an additional occupant at any time up to 45 days before sailing.

Yes!  Some staterooms (and most suites) are able to accommodate third and fourth guests.  These rooms are limited and will be available on a first come, first serve basis.

Yes. All prices are per person, double occupancy.

All access to the conference including entertainment, CNE courses, group parties, meet-ups, and more is included with your registration.  All standard Royal Caribbean and Norwegian entertainment, dining and activities are also included.

Attendees may choose to purchase additional products and services from the cruise line before or during the sailing.  A variety of drink packages, Internet access, spa treatments, excursions at port, and more are available to purchase directly from the cruise line for an additional fee.

No matter what stateroom you choose, the beds can be converted into either a queen or two twin beds. You can choose your preferred configuration during registration.

*Some rooms also offer pull-out sofas and bunk beds.  These rooms are limited and will be made available to those who register third and fourth roommates.

Of course!  However, all room occupants must pay the full conference rate and be 18+ at time of sailing.

As long as they are over 18 years of age at time of sailing, absolutely!  NurseCon at Sea is a professional event and all passengers must be 18+.

Absolutely! We are providing ANCC accredited CNEs throughout the conference in our beautiful theaters.

We do expect our 2023 sailing to require vaccinations, but is subject to change based on the current cruise line and CDC guidelines at the time of the sailing. A negative COVID-19 test may also be required to board the ship. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Of course!  NurseCon at Sea is open to all nurses & nursing students worldwide. (CNEs not guaranteed.  You will have to make sure they transfer based on the requirements of your country)

Due to the nature of this conference, we do not accept refund or credit requests of any kind. All funds paid are non-refundable. If you wish to transfer your registration to someone else you may request to do so (limitations and transfer fees apply). In case of postponement or cancellation of the event by NurseCon at Sea or the cruise line, NurseCon at Sea credits will be provided for future events. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
