All guests must be 18+ at time of sailing. Staterooms require at least one guest 21+
Each reservation requires at least one licensed or certified healthcare worker or student
Cruise with Confidence
To ease concerns of this unique time in the events and travel business due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have created our Cruise with Confidence program to protect our participants who book. This means that if your sailing is postponed or cancelled by NurseCon at Sea or the cruise line, you will receive a future cruise credit for the full amount, valid for three (3) years. Your money is protected. This is valid for paid participants on NurseCon at Sea 2023.
Cancellations
Due to the nature of this conference, we do not accept refund or credit requests of any kind. All funds paid are non-refundable. If you wish to transfer your registration to someone else you may request to do so (limitations and transfer fees apply). In case of postponement or cancellation of the event by NurseCon at Sea or the cruise line, NurseCon at Sea credits will be provided for future events. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
3rd/4th Guests
Add a 3rd or 4th guest to your room for $749 per person (limited based on availability and room type) plus taxes & fees.
Single Pricing
Singles are charged the full double rate.
NurseCon Monthly Payment Plan
Monthly payments may be available for new bookings. The deposit of $99 per person, plus taxes and fees, is charged at the time of booking and total remaining balance will be split into equal monthly installments automatically charged to the credit card on file with the first installment due on the 24th of the month. All payments will be due on the 24th of the month. Final payment is due February 24, 2023. Unless otherwise arranged, the same credit card used to make a payment will be used to make subsequent payments when due. AutoPay: Your credit card on file will be charged automatically on the twenty fourth (24th) of each month and final payment is February 24, 2023. Guests assume responsibility to provide updated credit card information for AutoPay.
Declined Payments
If your payment declines, contact NurseCon at Sea immediately. A late fee of $50.00 will be added to your reservation if your credit card on file is declined and your payment is not received by your due dates listed on your invoice. If you are 45 days past due on any payments, we have the right to cancel your reservation without refund or credit. If your reservation is still unpaid one (1) week after our final payment date, your reservation will be cancelled without refund.
Travel Insurance
In order to protect your investment and cover unforeseen expenses, we recommend you purchase travel insurance. Having travel insurance not only protects you from unexpected life changes, it can also cover a variety of expenses while you are away including medical bills, trip delays, accidents, and more. During the registration process, we offer travel insurance including a cancel for any reason option, from Travel Insured International. Purchasing travel insurance is completely optional, but recommended.
