Maureen Spencer is a board-certified Infection Preventionist (CIC) with over 40 years of experience and a strong history of pioneering work in the field. She has earned major honors, including the APIC National Carole DeMille Award (1990) and recognition as an APIC Hero of Infection Prevention (2007) for her leadership in eliminating MRSA and Staph aureus at New England Baptist Hospital. Her distinguished career also includes being named to the “Who’s Who of Infection Prevention” in 2012 and achieving FAPIC status in 2017.

With over 30 years of nursing experience—from Army medic to critical care, surgical services, leadership, and corporate healthcare—Todd Angelucci has gained a profound understanding of the inner battles leaders and caregivers face. After surviving a brain tumor, he developed the Restorative Masculine Integration Theory (RMIT), a framework that helps men heal internal fragmentation and lead with purpose, emotional mastery, and grounded identity. Today, he coaches men across service-driven professions to overcome subconscious limitations, embody strength with compassion, and prevent burnout, all in service of his mission to restore men to wholeness so they can positively impact the world around them.
Liz MacAskill
Liz MacAskill is a doctoral student and Health Equity Pathways Scholar at UCSF training to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with a focus on delivering accessible, low-cost, gender-affirming telehealth care to underserved communities. She aims to integrate anti-racist and minority stress frameworks into psychiatric nursing education and collaborate with nursing programs to strengthen LGBTQ+ health curricula, supported by her advocacy roles with GLMA, first-generation student mentorship, and over 300 hours as a Trevor Project crisis counselor. With more than 900 clinical hours across multiple specialties and research experience at institutions such as Stanford Health Care and Santa Clara University—including published work on the mental health benefits of exercise—she brings a strong foundation to her future practice and teaching.

Natalie J. Lennard
Natalie J. Lennard began her nursing career in 2003 and later transitioned into forensic nursing, becoming a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant and earning SANE-A and SANE-P certifications while actively advocating for victims through regional task forces and community organizations. She holds a BSN from Chamberlain College and an MSN in Forensic Science in Nursing from Texas A&M University, and now serves as the Forensic Nurse Training Education Coordinator at McLeod Regional Medical Center, where she leads initiatives such as a 64-hour SANE training program. A 2023 Perinatal Partnership Conference poster award recipient, she continues to educate diverse audiences to advance forensic nursing and improve outcomes for patients and victims.
Peter Graves

Peter Graves is an independent perioperative nurse consultant with over 35 years of experience in surgical infection prevention, a Certified Operating Room Nurse who has published widely and presented internationally, including twenty-three times at the AORN Expo and Congress. He has been deeply involved in AORN through national board service and guideline authorship, and as founding director and current chair of the CCI research committee, which honored him with the 2024 Excellence in Volunteerism award. He currently develops educational programs, conducts research, reviews for the AORN Journal, and evaluates operating room practices, and lives in Anna, Texas, with his wife Misti, enjoying time with his family along with gardening, fishing, and traveling.
