  • How many CNEs will be offered onboard?

    • This year we will have over 50 amazing CNEs offered.

  • What are my payment options?

    • We offer monthly payment plans and a pay in full option to accommodate all of our guests. With our monthly payment plan, you can book for just $199 down.

  • Is NurseCon accredited? 

    • Yes, NurseCon LLC is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. California Board of Registered Nursing Contact Hours Provided by NurseCon, Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider #CEP17493

  • What if I can’t attend all of the CNEs I want to?

    • We understand that with offering so many great CNEs, that it is not always possible to attend them all in person. The great news is that the CNEs can be viewed from the comfort of your stateroom throughout the sailing.

  • When is the conference?

    • April 7th - 11th, 2025

  • On what ship will the conference be held?

    • NurseCon at Sea 2025 will be held on Royal Caribbean’s Independence of the Seas

  • How can I contact the NurseCon team for more information?

    • Customer service can be reached by phone at (850) 318-8830, or by email at support@nursecon.com, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST.

  • How is pricing structured? 

    • All pricing displayed is per person; each reservation is double occupancy. All guests are required to pay the full conference fee plus taxes, fees, and gratuities.

  • How old do you have to be to sail on NurseCon at Sea? 

    • At the time of booking, all guests must be aged 18+. Staterooms require at least one guest aged 21+

  • Do I have to be a healthcare worker to attend? 

    • Non-healthcare guests are welcome as friends, partners, family, or spouses. Each reservation requires at least one licensed or certified healthcare worker or student and all guests must pay the conference fee.
  • Can I attend the conference as a solo traveler? 

    • Of course! We have many solo travelers who cruise with us each year. Since pricing is double occupancy, solo travelers are required to pay the rates of two attendees. 

  • What is the refund policy?

    • Due to the nature of this conference, we do not accept refund or credit requests of any kind. All funds paid are non-refundable. If you wish to transfer your registration to someone else, you may request to do so (limitations and transfer fees apply). In case of postponement or cancellation of the event by NurseCon at Sea or the cruise line, NurseCon at Sea credits will be provided for future events. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

  • Should I purchase travel insurance? 

    • In order to protect your investment and cover unforeseen expenses, we recommend you purchase travel insurance. Having travel insurance not only protects you from unexpected life changes, it can also cover a variety of expenses while you are away including medical bills, trip delays, accidents, and more. For your convenience, during the registration process, there will be an opportunity to purchase travel insurance from Travel Insured International. They offer travel insurance including a cancel for any reason option. Purchasing travel insurance is completely optional, but recommended.

  • What is the Cruise with Confidence Program? 

    • To ease concerns of this unique time in the events and travel business due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have created our Cruise with Confidence program to protect our participants who book. This means that if your sailing is postponed or cancelled by NurseCon at Sea or the cruise line, you will receive a future cruise credit for the full amount, valid for three (3) years. Your money is protected. This is valid for paid participants on NurseCon at Sea 2025.

  • Can I add a 3rd or 4th guest to my stateroom? 

    • Yes, you can add a 3rd or 4th guest to your room for $799 per person (limited based on availability and room type) plus taxes, fees, and gratuities.

  • Does NurseCon offer monthly payment plans?
    • Monthly payments are available for new bookings. A deposit of $199 per person is charged at the time of booking and total remaining balance, including taxes, fees, and gratuities, will be split into equal monthly installments automatically charged to the credit card on file with the first installment due on the 23rd of the month. All payments thereafter will be due on the 23rd of the month. The final payment is due November 23, 2024. Unless otherwise arranged, the same credit card used to make a payment will be used to make subsequent payments when due.  Your credit card on file will be charged automatically on the 23rd of each month and final payment is November 23, 2024. Guests assume responsibility to provide updated credit card information for AutoPay.

  • What is not included in the conference and stateroom price? 

    • Additional costs include specialty dining, shore excursions, drink packages, wi-fi, spa services, etc.
