Todd Angelucci

RN

With over 30 years of experience in nursing across many specialties — from Army medic to critical care, surgical services, leadership, and corporate healthcare — Todd Angelucci has witnessed firsthand the inner battles leaders and caregivers face behind their professional roles. His journey through service, leadership, and personal healing has shaped a deep understanding of what it truly means to transform from the inside out. After surviving a brain tumor, Todd experienced a profound awakening: true strength isn’t found in force, titles, or performance — it’s found in grounded identity, emotional mastery, and spiritual alignment. That realization became the foundation for his life’s mission and the development of the Restorative Masculine Integration Theory (RMIT) — a groundbreaking framework that helps men reclaim integrated masculinity, heal internal fragmentation, and lead with conviction, humility, and purpose. Today, Todd serves men across all service-driven professions — including healthcare, the military, first responders, ministry, and mission-focused entrepreneurs. Through his coaching and mentorship, he helps those who give so much to others break free from subconscious limitations, master their emotional and cognitive patterns, and rise as leaders who embody strength, compassion, and integrity — without burnout, resentment, or self-betrayal. Todd’s mission is simple but radical: to restore men to wholeness so they can restore the world around them.
